My app keeps closing so I can’t get on it so whenever I try to open it it crashes I look and saw there was no new update so I try to delete the app app and it works for a few min then it crashes again and I lose all of my story progress plz help

I put in a help ticket and it’s still not fixed
Be patient! It won’t automatically be fixed after you send in a help ticket. You just have to wait a while and it’ll eventually get fixed. Being desperate won’t solve anything
