Ok, so I’m looking for Spotlight Overlays of a person speaking but without the person.
For example, I want an overlay like this but without her in it.
I hope this makes sense

Try a laying animation? I have no clue because I’ve never used spotlight lol I would assume that sitting would put their head half-way point and laying would be below the box right?
