I’ve been trying to continue my stories on episode but every time I enter the app it either doesn’t launch or launches and doesn’t load my stories. I’ve tried sending in a ticket but I can’t get my id because I can’t get into the app. Does anyone know how to fix this? I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app multiple times and it hasn’t helped
Maybe try from a different phone? See if you can get your ID that way so you can get your ticket in so they can fix it for you! 
Instead of the ID, put six question marks ??? ???
