In school they never taught us that. But I’ve seen lots of weight loss (or abs, or whatever) scams that say “Transform your fat into muscle!”. As someone who was her whole life overweight and tried lots of thing to shed some pounds, I end up doing research by myself. There’s a lot of misinformation and I even heard doctors telling that. But it’s bullshit, you can’t melt/transform/whatever your fat into sth.
