I can’t access the app

Every time I click on the Episode app, it keeps shutting out on me. Any reason why that is?

Might be your network.

Check that there isn’t an update in the Store for the app. Sometimes that causes it.
You can also go into your app settings, click the Episode app, then click force stop and clear cache then re-try opening the app.
Make sure that your network is up and that you have service bars or that your wifi is up and working properly. :slight_smile:
If that doesn’t work, try restarting your device.
