So, I’m trying to upload this teddy bear overlay to my Art Catalog. However, when I try to put it in my Art Catalog it says, “Your overlay must be under 1MB. Yours was 1.373MB.” How do I change this so that it’s under 1MB? What does that even mean?! LOL! 
I’m sure the Fourms can help me out! Can anyone help me please?

Where I found it, it said it should have a transparent background. But if it does not, can someone help me with that as well? I’m trying to make it an overlay!
