With how long and how much effort it takes to code just one episode, let alone three… or however many chapters you intend to have in your story. It’s quite unlikely that anyone will do such a huge job for free.
Coding on Episode isn’t just a case of writing, it takes: coding, animations, spot directing (with accurate character placement), speechbubble placement, backgrounds, overlays, zooms… and so much more, in order to put an episode story together!
Which is very tiring, very time consuming, very annoying, very stressful and overall is just massively mentally and physically draining!
