Hi thanks for checking this out, I really needed some help so basically Im not able to open the app it says that ’ This app version is no longer available, please upgrade ’ I went on the app Store and it doesn’t have any updates so I reinstalled the app and it still isn’t working 
Honestly ive never experienced this so u may want to send a ticket to episode
I did,.like DMd them on Instagram, and ofcourse they didn’t reply
I dont think theh answer on insta. Did u email them
I submitted a ticket, I’ll try that too thanks
