Overlays rotating super-fast

So I recently learned a workaround because my overlays were not rotating infinitely (I forgot the username of the person who posted this )

Anyways, the code is:

&overlay PENTACLE rotates 1080000 anchor point 0.5 0.5 in 300

with the 1080,000 being 300 (as in 300 seconds = 5 minutes, the amount of time the overlays will rotate for) * 360 (the angle of rotation) * 10 (speed at which overlays rotate)

Only, the overlays are rotating super-fast while I want them to do it slowly. What am I doing wrong??
