In my script I have scenes where I want music to be playing during the scene, but when I go to review my story on the mobile app, I don’t hear the music. Can someone tell me what’s going on?

Yes.
This happened to me once but it eventually resolved itself. If it works for the preview then I think it will be okay otherwise.
I know, but I don’t use the previewer as much as the mobile app on my phone. I would like to hear the music on my phone as well to enjoy the story experience.
I also prefer using my phone. I’m sure that the problem will resolve itself, when I started a new episode that’s when the issue resolved itself for me.
It’s Cuz your device may not be downloading your story properly sometimes it happens
