I got again the delete the app email on Thursday and nothing else yet.

They fixed it for me 
Do you know how long it took to get back to and what did they do to fix it
they fixed mine too! It took 2 weeks and an angry email and once I sent that they finally answered me

I sent a ticket they told me to uninstall the app then let them know when i did it so that they could restore the progress and that they would let me know when to install the app back! It took around 4-5 days
