What you found in episode stories that should have been more common.

  • Not having so much focus on love interests. I get it, romance can be really sweet and I do ship a lot of characters in Episode, but it doesn’t have to be included all the time. In almost every story, the character second to the mc is the LI. Can’t they just be friends?
  • Characters with unique views.
  • More showing, not telling. Like if someone takes a book from a library that opens to a secret door, they don’t need to say “This book opened a secret door in the library.” Like, we get it. We see the door dude. That wasn’t a good example but you know what I mean.
  • More unique styles of directing. I found unique zooms, transitions, etc. Make certain scenes more engaging somehow.
