Your first shifts to lasts .9 and it takes place during @pause for .2 so it probably doesn’t fall because the first animation doesn’t have enough time to finish, before the next one queues up.
You can set up one animation after another in a single line, so I’d try
&ol PILLOW shifts to X Y in .9 AND ol PILLOW rotates x anchor point X Y in .9 THEN ol PILLOW shifts to X Y in .2
What about the zoom command and the animation in between
