So I was thinking, wouldn’t it be cool if we had an animation where the character’s whole body is shaking/trembling from fear? Mainly for horror stories! That would be so cool guys!

Yes it is very much possible and will be very much exciting too. it’s important to keep in mind that some viewers may find this type of animation to be unsettling or distressing, so it’s important to consider the potential audience and context for the animation.
