I went on the background sharing thread and some of the backgrounds and overlays that I have found don’t work saying that they’re too big or too small.
What is the best program to use to resize them images to work?

This isn’t exactly a program, but there is this website called ResizePic that allows you to resize pictures.

I use gimp and if you go to Joseph Evans YouTube channel, he has some videos that shows how to compress it into your custom size. Just search up, episode cover or custom background on Joseph Evans channel and it will help. It helped me personally
