Bing is not royalty free, evrything on places like google or pinterest are usally copyrighted.
its against the rules of the app to use copyrighted matiriel, beside its art theft and illegal. so for your own sake I would advice you to not use it.
also I found the original artist, she is on devianart, no where does she say its allowed to be use, the law of copyright is she upload it so its copyrighted, she dosent have to say it is for it to be, its the same law protecting pictures you post of yourself, I also think its for a video game which is defently makes it copyrighted
there is a lot of good once on pixabay which is a royalty free website
