Whenever I try to make a cover for my story with Photoshop CS6, the characters which I downloaded from the Portal, I make them png, they lose a lot of quality.
What can I do?

I use another app, but I always make a screenshot of the characters from my phone, after I code them in the portal the way I want and then I use that photo from the phone on the laptop, I don’t know if you understand, I’m not good at explaining

I would definitely recommend formatting them in a story. When you go into Writer’s Portal, a lot of artists just take a screenshot of them on the “Edit Characters” tab. DON’T DO THIS. Start a new episode, code them in, and take a screenshot from your phone.
