How to create the forms

I wanted to know how I can create a form like others do and how do you check it if someone has completed it and how do you paste it on Instagram’s bio and on a topic here

Hi so i had the same issue earlier today! I figured out if you google “Google Forms” you should be able to create one easily on there:) I made it and connected it to my linktree. If you have any questions DM me on insta: episode.s.b
