HEYO yall im new here i just started writing my episode story im on the 3rd episode but im currently having trouble with the whole cover thing

So i just wanted to ask if you guys know any app i can use to design my cover( one that i dont need to pay)

Or if you know someone who can do a episode cover for me
(and the whole cover art thing )
if so please please please let me know asap …message me or something
