It’s quite easy, I just open up beFunk or Pixlr, open up a blank canvas, then I add the message bubble as a new layer, after that I’ll add in a text overlay that you can find on both sites! (Btw I know no one asked me- but here it is anyways) 
btw maybe louise has an easier way
