Think about the most important person in your main character’s life. What would happen if this person became extremely sad to the point where that consumes him/her? How would your character react?
I always use music to inspire myself, so I hope it’s helpful.

Your character becomes a model or a singer suddenly. What’s is the reason? Could it possibly be because of her/his looks? Or does this person has talent?

Think about the creepiest and ugly thing someone told you. How would your character react if he/she hears that?

Describe how your character would behave if someone hurts her/his ex-boyfriend/girlfriend. Would this person ignore that? Or would your character defends that person? Think about their relationship before writing her/his reaction.

What is the thing that your parents hate the most? It could be parties, alcohol, sex, etc. Now create a character who breaks all of your parents’ rules.
