I am writing a story and in the app I noticed that the music is not playing, even though sounds are. I also realized this is happening in stories that I am reading and aren’t my own. I have tried restarting my phone, closing the app, deleting the app and re-downloading it, and also logging out of the app and back in. Nothing has worked. Any suggestions?

I don’t think so because the sound effects are working, just the music isn’t. I have my ringer on too and it still doesn’t work.

Sure, though all the music and sounds work in the computer preview. So I’m very confused, lol.

Okay so I’ve read through it and I didnt see any volume adjustment. Your supposed to put “volume # #” before the music or sound

I dunno if that’s the problem but Episode doesn’t support a bunch of Apple devices with the new updates. Maybe that’s why you can’t hear the music. I don’t know. I hope this helps though.

That’s so strange because once I added that into my script the music started to work for the story I’m writing and ones that aren’t mine and I’m reading and weren’t working before . I’m just not gonna question it, and thanks!
@Zeah I think that could be part of the problem and maybe it’s just buggy? It’s working now which is good. Thanks for the help though!
