Recommendation application / logiciel for drawing on a window computer

Hi guys !

I love drawing and I would like to start Digital design and drawing.
I have a window computer / tablet, but I’m not sure what app would be the best.

Tablet android - ibis paint (free or $6)

Ipad - procreate ($10)

Computer - photoshop (costs a lot) , medibang (free)

I use Procreate and Photoshop.
Photshop for pc, Procreate for drawing iPad.

However these are both expensive, so if you want something free, try Medibang, Ibis Paint, Krita, or Sketch

If you have Sketchbook app on your windows computer, it’s a start for beginners. And usually this comes with the computer.
Otherwise Corel Painter 7 has a free trial that you could try out.
