We actually have a few of these… the pink/pinkish-purple cutout, the blue romper, the black skirt with gold belt and the twisty black top, the tan/goldish romper and the floral dress to its left.
The work around for requesting it on the wish list is to watch all the BG characters in stories, sometimes they’re wearing “gem” items and that makes them fair game 
Some of these clothes are in the catalog but definitely agree that they should release the others!
