so your overlay:
EXT. CITY HIGHWAY LOOP - NIGHT with BABY BLUE SPORTS CAR to 1.000 100 100 in zone 1

Use command:
@overlay OVERLAY shifts to X Y in zone 3 in S
Delete the size if you any to change it you need to use separate command
@overlay OVERLAY scales to 1.000 1.000
The overlay is not moving from zone 1 to zone 3

use choosing_outfit
