Hi, so for some reason Episode isn’t allowing me to open the app, I’ve uninstalled it and 3 times and reinstalled it, I then thought I would file a support ticket but I’m not sure how to get my ID because I only know how to get it thru the app.

Have you tried going to the help center and submitting a ticket? You can give them your forum id. The app usernames are just a bunch of letters and numbers. They should be able to help you out.
Hey there @Archangel2, you can put six question marks (like this ??? ???) in place of the Support ID.
