I see that some authors give readers the option to customize. Like it would say: Would you like to customize “Yes” would take you to the customization template while “No” would take you directly to the story. I was wondering how would I be able to add it to my script. (I hope I wasn’t confusing with the word choice I used.)

you’d have to add a customization template. @Dara.Amarie has a good one, as does @alexa.episode i believe, but be sure to give credit. you’d have to add a label before it as well.
ex. label customization
