• Several stories with potential are ruined by the author’s bad sense of humour. Mainly referring to those sassy characters, who can only communicate through sarcastic remarks (copied from Google). Your story doesn’t have to be funny, in order to be great. If humour doesn’t come naturally, you shouldn’t force it.

• Naming your MC after yourself is really off-putting.

People seem to love unrealistically perfect romances in stories, I don’t. I get it, not every story needs to be realistic to be good, but they’re SO boring to me

It gets kind of annoying when every description is like

(For example)

“Rose and jerry found love, what happens when they can’t seem to lose??”

Something like that, I can’t explain it but people tend to use “what happens…” a lot. And it gets really annoying.
