I was wondering Do episodes automatically cost Tickets? If not how do I make them cost them and how do I make some free?

The first episode of every story is always free. Starting on episode 2, you need to use tickets (it’s always 1 ticket). If you update an episode, your readers will have to re-read the last episode they were reading (they will automatically be given a free extra ticket to re-read the episode).
